Last updated: 2026-05-16 · beta-phase summary.
CodeSwain is in invite-only beta. This page is a plain-English summary of what we store and why. A formal policy lands before we open paid billing.
What we store
- Your account. Email + identity-provider ID from your sign-in (Google or another provider configured in WorkOS).
- Your Anthropic API key. Encrypted at rest with a per-deployment secret; used to call Claude on your behalf for the tasks you submit. Never shown back to you after entry; never sent anywhere except Anthropic.
- Your GitHub connection. The repo and base branch you picked, plus the GitHub App installation ID. We do not store your GitHub password.
- Task content. The feature briefs you submit, the agent transcripts, screenshots taken during runs, and the PRs we open. These stay private to your tenant.
- Audit log. A record of actions taken on your account (sign-ins, key changes, tasks started/finished). Used for support and account security.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not train models on your code, transcripts, or PRs.
- We do not share your content with other tenants.
Who else sees the data
Anthropic (when we call Claude), GitHub (when we open PRs against your repo), Stripe (when billing is enabled — not active during beta), and our hosting provider (Fly.io). Each is a regular vendor with their own policy.
Deleting your data
Email hello@codeswain.com and we’ll remove your tenant within 7 days.
